Cancellations within 24–48 hours of the tour may receive a partial refund depending on reservations and pre-booked services.
Cancellations made on the same day of the tour are non-refundable due to preparation and reserved resources.
If your cruise ship cannot dock due to weather or port issues, a full refund will be provided.
If tours are canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
